Ken Nebham took over for Steve Cook as armament lead [~1998-2000] on the bombers and then went to the F-16s. After that he left and went to White Sands.

Ken
Nebhan passed away unexpectedly on Monday, March 31st, 2014. He was 45 years of
age and passed on the eve of his 46th birthday. Ken was a born and raised in El
Paso, TX on April 1st, 1968. He was a graduate of St. Joseph's Grade School,
Cathedral High and the University of Texas at El Paso where he graduated with
honors in Mechanical Engineering.
Ken's career spanned 23 years with the Department of Defense where he worked at Edwards Air Force Base in California and the Business Development Department at White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico.
Ken treasured his time traveling with his bride and spending time with his dogs. Kenneth and his wife Brenda regularly attended University Methodist Church in Las Cruces. Ken Nebhan is survived by his wife and best friend Brenda, his mother and father in law John (Bud) and Marge Benton, his sisters Janet Lambeth, Christine Nebhan, Celeste Schmidt, his brothers Don, Joe and 9 nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father John and his mother Delores Nebhan.
